Ionic Foot Bath Has Intrigue

Have you heard of an Ionic foot bath? I have not until just recently and I must admit that I am intrigued by the idea that you can rid yourself of toxins through your feet.

For years people have always been detoxifying by taking saunas or hot baths to sweat them out but now with this new invention it is less time consuming and more effective from what they are saying.

I have not tried doing this yet but I am giving it some serious thought. You can find people who say it is a total scam and others who swear it is the new miracle cure for the toxic build up in our bodies that can lead to disease and sickness.

Ionic footbaths work by sending small currents through the body and create positive ions that attach to negatively charged toxins and then eliminate them. Sounds simple? Yes I bet it did and that is because I just summarized it! It is a little more complex than that but it is a science of positive and negative.

People who use pace makers should not use this product as it could cause some serious issues for them. I am going to look for a good Ionic foot bath and buy it as a Christmas gift to myself this year and I will even let me open it early!
