Support Only Cosmetic Companies That Do Not Test On Animals

I love cosmetics! I love wearing them, shopping for them and buying them as gifts. I do not need a special occasion or reason to shop for a new make up product it is just something that has always been a lot of fun for me. Now my daughter has joined me in my lust for cosmetics and as we searched through some of the labels she asked me what it means when it says not tested on animals.

This innocent question has got me thinking about how we have seen the fight for putting an end to animal testing and the cruelty that goes along with it but I should still be talking actively about this to my daughter and really all mothers should make this a point with their daughters.

Let us not forget what animals have endured for us all in the name of vanity. I know some companies still animal test and I am telling my daughter to spread the word so her friends will not spend money with these cruel cosmetic companies. All you have to do is picture the poor bunnies getting their beautiful fur shaved off to stick on patches and then enduring painful tests with no anesthetic during the entire process or force feeding animals such as dogs, lipsticks and mouthwash over time. Any animal that survives testing are killed.

Choose your cosmetics wisely and do not give any of your money to a company that hurts any of Gods creatures for such a frivolous purpose such as our enhanced beauty it simply is too high a price.
