I love the thought of a spa day complete with a massage and facial but I must confess that the favorite moments of pampering in my life have been in the comfort of my own home.

My husband recently surprised me by purchasing a professional massage table and taking a few massage classes. Let me tell you he learned well. There is nothing better than a nice long romantic candle light soak in warm bath of my favorite bath gels from my family who knows I love that type of thing and then getting a full body massage and being able to slip into a blissful sleep.
